As I deepened my work into internal communication and got in touch with people, I naturally made my way to work with Human Resources and Corporate Culture.
Learning & Development
Instructional Design & Training Management
I have been responsible for implementing and executing the training plans since 2020. I am the one who identifies the training needs, prepares the plan, contacts external training suppliers and coordinates the internal training team to create or improve internal trainings. I have the Portuguese trainer’s training certificate and I am currently doing a e-trainer course.
I have also a certificate for Training Management and Coordination. My background in communication is a good help when it comes to convey a successful instructional design.
Team Building and Events
Since 2012, I have organized and hosted several corporate events, from team buildings to parties. In some of them, I was the moderator, creating games for the teams so they could improve their improvisation and under stress abilities. The biggest events I worked had 300 people, the smallest ones had around 20 people. I have moderated a couple online events as well.
Outside the corporate sphere, I have organized workshops and other events related with my hobbies.
Corporate Social Responsibility
I wrote and implemented corporate social responsibility and ESG policies for one of the companies I worked with, as well as managed its corporate volunteering group.
I organized donations and volunteering events and all the related communication materials. I also proposed and managed the corporate social responsibility plan.
​I was girl scout from my 12 to my 19 years old.
Employer Branding
As marketer, I was responsible for all communication materials related with endomarketing, from newsletters to social networks. And, of couse, events.
I kept doing that work even as Office Manager and I still do it now. Copy is my strenght, but if needed I can do some basic design too.
Human Relationships
I also have experience in performance evaluations, becuase I do them since 2020. I am also used to do recruitment, conflitc management and team advisory.
But, despite all the work experience I have acquired in the past decade, what made my success possible was my curious nature. People can be challenging but finding a way to their heart is truly rewarding.
